  3. I don’t think there’s a better British fashion designer than Vivian Westwood. Maybe, many Stella McCartney but she’s got a long way to catch up with VW. As for emerging British designers, there are none we know or want to wear here in the US. Nevertheless, great article that helped me find some rare fashion gems from the UK, that I am going to show off to my LA friends and kill them with envy!
