Despite the heftier price tag (except on the thredUP store), the brand’s milkmaid tops, polka dots, and seasonal prints are 100% carbon, water, and waste neutral.

Reformation’s collections are from innovative fabrics such as TENCEL – a regenerated cellulose fiber almost identical to cotton and made from fast-growing eucalyptus trees.

FAQs

What Stores Are Like Anthropologie?

Free People, Madewell, Mara Hoffman, Sezane Christy, Dawn, Farm Rio, and Shopbop are seven stores similar to Antropoliogies, renowned for stocking a wide range of Boho chic clothing, footwear, and accessories.

What Fashion Style is Anthropologie?

The style that Anthropologies stocks and sells is called Boho-chic and is inspired by the Bohemian subculture.

‘Boho’ is short for ‘Bohemian,’ a word that describes an 18th-century subculture of intellectuals, artists, and creatives and their dressing style.

The garments were worn out by the wearers, giving them a vintage look, very much in vogue right now.

That is why boho styles are seen nowadays as a protest against fast fashion.

Anthropologie has become the home of boho clothing styles thanks to Nicole Ritchie, Rachel Zoe, Vanessa Hudgens, and Sienna Miller.

The brand also offers a wide range of boho infused with preppy and classic styles.

Is Anthropologie a Luxury Brand?

Anthropologie is not luxury but a premium label specializing in boho-chic apparel priced between $50 to $700.

  1. Fantastic research! This was the perfect answer to my google search. I confess, I wept when I saw the clothes on My Sleeping Gypsy. What a beautiful site. Thank you so much for doing all that legwork. Forgot to look when this was originally written but I sure did enjoy that hole I went down!

  2. Can anyone help me understand what is the difference between etno and boho? I just got back from a trip to Moldova and they call their traditional dresses and local attire as etno which to me it seems so suitable for Boho-chic or maybe Cottagecore? What do you think?
